Q: How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
A: Your carpet manufacturer suggests you should have your carpets cleaned around once a year to remove spots and wear causing soil. High traffic areas should be cleaned more often.
Q: I have heard that after having your carpets cleaned they get dirtier faster. Is that true?
A: This can actually be true, but it completely depends on who does the job. Some processes use soaps or shampoos that leave a sticky residue which attracts dirt. However, All Surfaces uses all non-detergent, water-based cleaning solutions that will never leave a sticky residue. This way you can be confident your carpets will be left clean, fresh, and residue free.
Q: How long does the carpet take to dry, and when is it safe to walk on it after it has been cleaned?
A: Our process extracts 95% to 98% of all moisture out of the carpet, so drying time is never an issue depending on humidity and air circulation. Most carpets dry within 4-12 hours. It’s completely fine to walk on the newly cleaned carpets, just wear clean rubber soled shoes and watch your step before you walk over any hard surfaces such as tile, hardwood, or vinyl from your carpet to avoid slipping and falling.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: All of our work is 100% guaranteed, and if for some reason you’re not happy with our service we will re-clean it at no charge. If any spots return within 10 days we will re-clean those as well at no charge.
